She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Bethany Beck and Carrie Mae Waller Beck; her husband James Walter Bradshaw; and her siblings, George M. Beck, Paul D. Beck, Lorraine Bradshaw, Frances V. Beck and Maxine Lee.

She is survived by: her children, Vernon R. Bradshaw, I (Terri) of Danville, VA, Debbie B. Powell (Jacob) of Danville, VA and Penny B. Mays (Victor) of Sutherlin, VA; her grandson Vernon Ray Bradshaw, II (Katy); her sons, Vincent Bradshaw (Myrtle Cox), Allen Mays (Tina), Jonathon Mays and Bobby Cheape; her granddaughters, Hope D. Bradshaw (Randy Powell) and LeAnn Moyer (Charles); her stepgrandchildren, James Jennings, Quentin Jennings and Quenterra Jennings; and her brothers, Charles W. Beck and John W. Beck. She is also survived by twenty-four great-grandchildren.
