It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Evelyn Stephens Harrison (Danville, Virginia), born in Yanceyville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Vonnie Stephens and Ida Oliver Stephens; her husband Harrell Harrison; and her great grandchildren, Connor Alexander and Joshua Lawless.
She is survived by: her children, Gerald S. Harrison (Betsy) and Teresa Lawless (Ronnie). She is also survived by six grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
