She is survived by: her children, Vivian Adkerson (Ricky) of Dry Fork, Venus Sowell (Jimmy) of Inverness, FL, Cheryl Windsor (Patrick) of Pittsboro, NC, Jimmy Bowling (Stacy) of Milton, NC, Toni Harvey (Kevin) of Dry Fork and Tommy Bowling (Robin) of Milton, NC; Jordan Darling, Teresa Moser, Helen Locklear, Taneka Neal and Carolyn Holland. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
