Though Freddie may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O. Evans and Thelma Adams Evans; and his daughter Kelly Evans. He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Clifton Evans; his children, Holly Talbott (Brandon), Briana Budgin (Jason) and Freddie S. Evans (Sandy); his sister Frances White; his grandchildren, Christopher Evans (Ashley), Leah Johnson (Stephen), Neal Talbott, Emma Budgin and Oliver Budgin; and his great grandchild Patrick Johnson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
