She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Corns and Elva Lawrence Corns; her husband Jacob Woodson Ferris, Jr.; and her great grandchild Blake Skyler Laughhorn. She is survived by: her son Malcolm Jerome Ferris (Deborah). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and one great-great-great grandson.
