It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Curtis Edmunds of Danville, Virginia, who passed away on April 21, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Edgar Edmunds; and his brother Billy. He is survived by: his sons, Stephen Keith Edmunds (Patty) of Danville and Ronald Curtis Edmunds (Rosie) of Reidsville, NC; his grandchildren, Stephen Edmunds, Karla Sullivan (Mark), Elizabeth Kinzer (Ryan) and Ryan Edmunds; his great grandchildren, Laila Edmunds and Jude Sullivan (Elvis); his close friend Shirley Davis; and his sisters, Merle E. Puckett, Ruby E. Pressley and Ruth E. Francis.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
