He is survived by: his wife Sandra Mayo Evans; his sons, Jason E. Evans of Danville, VA and Ryan B. Evans of Upper Marlboro, MD; and his siblings, Wonso Evans (Darlene) of Alexandria, VA, Lydia Anderson (McKinley) of Glenn Dale, MD and Mary E. Gray (Archie) of Enoree, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
