She was predeceased by: her parents, George Rainsford and Elizabeth Rucker Norris of Columbia; her aunt Louise Rucker Moore (William Webster); and her siblings-in-law, Charlotte, Edna, Hazel, Bernice, Turza, Doris, Bob, Tommy and Jerry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elizabeth Litzenberg Clement (Cameron) of Bluefield, Virginia and Charlotte Louise Litzenberg Garrett (Jack) of Danville; her grandchildren, William Norris Clement (Desireé) of Roanoke, Virginia, Caroline Macon Clement (Jacob Rice) of Blacksburg and George Rucker Clement of Richmond, Virginia; her stepgrandchildren, Jack, Carol-Anne and Sarah Garrett; and also Emily.
