He is survived by: his parents, Harry Franklin Booth and Nana Ramsey Booth; and his siblings, Shay Adkins, Chris Booth (Carol), Daina Van Allen (Greg) and Scott Booth (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial donations be made to St. Judes.
