He is survived by: his parents, Harry Franklin Boothe and Nana Ramsey Boothe; and his siblings, Shay Adkins, Chris Boothe (Carol), Daina Van Allen (Greg) and Scott Boothe (Kim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
