He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Parker II and Fannie Overton Parker; and his sister Fannie Parker-Daughtry. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda L. Parker (Danville); his children, Dr. Kimberly Parker-Cruz of Madison, WI, Ras Malcolm Parker of Powhatan, VA and Kari Parker-Jorhdahl of Las Vegas, NV; his grandchildren, Jamaya Monroe, Hannah Parker, Noah Cruz, Mary Monroe, Marcus Parker, Sukari Parker and Cassius Parker; and his siblings, Dorothy Parker-Richardson of Elizabeth City, NC, Elizabeth Parker-Mason of Philadelphia, PA, Glory-Jean Parker-Dunmeyer of Philadelphia, PA, Deborah Parker-Barrow of Chesapeake, VA and Lonnie A Parker Sr. of Woodbridge, VA. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews, and over 60 great-nieces and great-nephews and a host of cousins.
