He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Welcher Marshall and Nellie May Marshall; his spouse Gerelene Quesenberry Marshall; and his granddaughter Nicole Russell. He is survived by: his children, Vickie Baker (Randy) and Mike Marshall (Terri); his stepsons, Jake Turman and Mike Turman; his brother Jerry Marshall; and his grandchildren, Angel Thomas and Michelle Painter. He is also survived by three step grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
