He is survived by: his wife Libby Spainhour; his children, Stephanie Spainhour, Rebecca Laughinghouse (Brandon) and Jack B. Spainhour, III (Jay); and his grandchildren, Zoey, Zara Zickefoose, Bailey and Collier Laughinghouse. He is also survived by one brother and three sisters as well as many nieces and nephews.
