She is survived by: her boyfriend Mike Carey; her sons, Jonathan Hardison (Elizabeth) of Roxboro, NC and Joshua Hardison (Liz) of Durham, NC; her brother Wesley Scearce of Ringgold, VA.; her grandchildren, Kyleigh Guzman, Parker Ward and Makenzie Hardison; her stepsiblings, George Nick Frankos, Jr., Kathy Frankos Adkins of Ringgold, VA, Debbie Hyler of Appomattox, VA. and Dara Bauer of Dry Fork, VA.; and her stepparents, Gary Dixon Sr. and Ruth Scearce.
