He was predeceased by: his parents, James Maynard Whitlow and Louise Hazelwood Whitlow; and his brother Bobby L. Whitlow. He is survived by: his wife Connie Comer Whitlow; his daughter Tracey W. Lewis; and his grandchildren, Jared R. Lewis and Alexandra L. Lewis.
