He is survived by: his family James; his wife Iletha Wiles Williams; his stepdaughters, Lalisha Graves and Monique Wimbush; and his siblings, Harold Williams of Danville, Olander Williams (Janie) of Danville, Jerry Williams (Carolyn) of Kentucky, Noah Williams of Fayetteville, Terry Williams of Virginia, Larry Williams (Belinda Eubanks) of Silver Springs, Maryland, Olivia W. Lewis of Danville and LaVerne W. James (Edward) of Hillsborough. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
