He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cook and Eunice Cook; and his stepdaughter Carolyn Hubbard (Steve). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Cook; his children, Brent Cook (Jodi) and Gena Walker (Jamie); his stepson Marcus Vincent (Jayne); his sisters, Jane McEwen and Terry Clasby; and his grandchildren, Jill (Sam), Rachel (Richard), Christopher (Katie), Luke (Kathryn), Joshua, Carrie (Ben), Jamie (Brian), Stevie (Matt), Shana (Craig), Dylan (Brittney) and AJ. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
