He is survived by: his wife Eunice Faye Moschler Chism; his son James David Chism (Elizabeth) of Farmville, VA.; his stepchildren, Jeffrey McGregor and Andrea Conard; his granddaughter Meredith F. Chism; and his stepgranddaughter Preslee Conard. He is also survived by numerous other step grandchildren and family.
