With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jay Randall Davis of Danville, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jay left this world on October 16, 2025 at the age of 46, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Ola Meadors Davis, Jack, Margie Waters Rowland, Maxwell and Sandra Waters; his great-aunt Linda Elliott Buchanan; and his pet Shelby.

He is survived by: his parents, James Randall Davis and Kathy Lynn Waters Davis; his uncles, Jerry R. Davis, Keith L. Waters of Danville, VA and Louis Michael Rowland (Julia) of Virginia Beach, VA; and his great-uncle Grover Elliott of Oak Ridge, NC.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Danville Fire Department, Station 2, Danville Life Saving Crew or to the Martinsville SPCA.
