He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Lee Walters and Betty Jo Wilson Walters; his daughter Tina Walters; and his siblings, Reba Walters, Reginald Walters and Barry Walters Sr..
He is survived by: his children, Kizzy Walters of Danville, VA and Jeffery Walters Jr. (Kathyrn) of Danville, VA; his brother Ronnie Walters of Danville, VA; and his son Jeffrey Walters Jr.. He is also survived by nieces, nephew's other relatives and friends.
