He was predeceased by his father, Major Lee Griffin. He is survived by: his mother, Gail Womack Polk (Kenny), his spouse Melenie Miller-Womack; his son Jaren Womack of Ringgold, VA; and his brother Kenny Ray Polk (Tiffany). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
