He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Stowe and Evelyn Stowe; his brother Billy Stowe; and his brothers-in-law, Danny Evans and Doug Harper.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Wall Stowe; his children, Joey Stowe (Tami), Jamie Parsons (Michelle), Jason Parsons (Jennifer), Tammy Setliff (Ron), Terri Rowland (Jimmy) and Wendy Abercrombie (Jim); his grandchildren, Makenzie Rowland Mann (Carter), Lane Boyer (Delos), Mason Parsons (Hannah), Anna James Abercrombie (Hunter), Preston Parsons, Sarah Parsons, Noah Abercrombie, Andrew Parsons and Bailey Parsons; his great grandchildren, Autumn, Emma, Yedida and Aila; his sisters, Carolyn Harper and Nancy Evans; and his sister-in-law Rachel Stowe.
