He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie C. Lewis. He is survived by: his mother Debbie Abbott; his siblings, Sharon Lewis and Todd Abbott; his niece Kelly; his nephews, Daniel and Cody; and his close friend Heather Carroll. He is also survived by several aunts and cousins.
