He is survived by: his father Clarence Dodson Lewis; his wife Mona Childress Lewis; his children, Tammy Nunnally, Danny Lewis and Kimberly Cobbs (Shannon); his grandchildren, Kristen Nunnally, Jonathan Nunnally, Josie Nunnally, Kalin Cobbs, Noah Cobbs and Alina Cobbs; his great grandchildren, Carter King, Mack Nunnally, Zoe Rippeto, Kayce Rippeto and Ryann Nunnally; and his sister Dora Seamster.
