Joseph leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Joseph’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Joseph will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Iva Merricks Bryant and James Ballard Bryant; and his daughter Leah Nicole Bryant. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Hart Bryant; his sister Sally Anne Mills (Jerry); and his nephew Nathaniel Mills. He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews, and brother and sister in laws.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Highland Burial Park (3049 N Main St, Danville, VA 24540).
