“I met Joe several years ago when he joined Brushy Mountain Gun Club. We had a common interest in shooting skeet. Given his midwestern accent, I asked where he was from and he replied Minnesota. I then asked where and he said Babbitt adding I had likely never heard of it. I told him I had heard of Babbitt as my wife and I spent time in Ely fishing and traveling in the arrowhead area. Joe was a delightful person with a great sense of humor and I will miss shooting and socializing with him.”
