He is survived by: his wife Jackie Smith; his sons, Tommy (Allison) and Casey Smith (Christy); his grandchildren, Robin Reed (Randy), Jon, Cody, Mitchell, Jameson Smith, Caleb and Elijah Reed; his siblings, Matthew Smith, Naomi Crowel and Cynthia Stephens; and his sister-in-law Diane Doss. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
