Kirby Wright Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 30, 2025, at the age of 89, Kirby Wright of Danville, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Kirby is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Kirby's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Wright, Sr. and Louise Bradshaw Wright; his wife Thelma Griffin Wright; and his brother Robert Wright. He is survived by: his daughter Tammy W. Warren (Craig, Sr.) of Danville, VA; and his grandchildren, Tamela Williamson (Ridge) of Danville, VA and Craig Warren, Jr. of Danville, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
