It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leonard Allen Gauldin (Danville, Virginia), who passed away on January 27, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Jessie E. Gauldin; his former wife Marie Dickerson Gauldin; and his siblings, Jessie, Ernest, Hubert, Luther Gauldin, Pauline Ketchum, Frances Meeks, Gloria Adkins, Gladys Sparks, Delores Crabb and Carolyn Ware.
He is survived by: his daughters, Tina Keels, Elizabeth Hurd (Robert) and Lana Shivley (Tim); his grandchildren, Ann Marie Hurd, James Gauldin, Robert Wesley Hurd and Douglas Shivley; and his siblings, Irvin Gauldin, Kenneth Gauldin (Peggy) and Linda Gauldin.
