She is survived by: her stepfather Douglas Reynolds, Sr.; her husband Phillip Thomas Lakey, Sr.; her children, Angela Denise Lakey Rust (Mike Weber) and John Walter Lakey (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Andrew Thomas Rust, Natalie Dianne Lakey, Ashley Nichole Rust (Matthew Morris) and Trey Walter Lakey; her great grandchild Cadence Marie Fuqua; and her brother James Edward Meeks.
