It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Linda Harris Howell (Danville, Virginia), who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrettie Hailey Harris and Edgar Harris; her husband Kenneth Wayne Howell, Sr.; her daughter Rhonda Touchstone; her son-in-law Desmon Touchstone; and her sister Peggy Smiley.

She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Wayne Howell, Jr. (Auguste) of Dry Fork, Virginia and Cheryl Von Eime (Lee) of Chatham, Virginia. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
