With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Hartsell Moore (Danville, Virginia), born in Troy, North Carolina, who passed away on February 17, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Lillian Mabe Hartsell and Patrick O'Brien Hartsell; her husband Thomas Wayne Moore; her son-in-law Michael Brooks; and her nephew David Hamilton III.
She is survived by : her children, Lisa Pyrtle (Dee) of Danville, VA., Brooke Moore (Tim Wilkerson) of Dry Fork, VA. and Thomas Wayne Moore II (Hilary) of Providence, NC.; her sisters, Susan Reynolds of Danville, VA. and Betty Kellar (Doug) of Evans, GA; her grandchildren, Evan Brooks, Cara Brooks and Ryan Stewart; and her caregiver Nicole Williams. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Dan River Church Honduras Mission Fund at 2805 Riverside Drive Danville, VA 24540.
