She was predeceased by: her parents, Doyd Williams and Blanche Gibson Williams; her husband Randal Lee Oakes; and her daughter Joan Oakes. She is survived by: her daughter Patsy Rigsby (Lee); her sister Brenda Odum; her niece Cindy White; and her nephew Brendan Odum. She is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
