He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Ewing Williamson; and his grandson Richard Webb. He is survived by: his children, Lawrence Cumbo (Nancy) of New Port Richey, FL, Linda Overcash of Danville, VA, Jerry Williamson of Danville, VA and Jaqueline Adkins (Rufus) of Blairs, VA.; and his grandchildren, Chris Webb of Bassett, VA, Ryan Webb of Danville, VA, Tiffany Strobeck (Kyle) of Guantanamo Bay and Justin Adkins of Rocky Mount, VA.
In lieu of flowers or donations, the family ask that anyone wishing to celebrate Loyd's life do so by giving a hug to a loved one and always telling them that they are loved.
