He was predeceased by: his parents, Lennie James Harris and Jessie Frances Marshall Harris; his daughter Crystal Gayle Harris; and his siblings, Leon, Alfred Harris, Sylvia Bibee and Ethel Garnell Hobbs.
He is survived by: his wife Mildred Marie Wilson Harris; his children, Randy Harris, James Harris (Elizabeth), Robin Bowling (Tommy), Larry Harris (Angie) and Tracey Robertson (Mike); his grandchildren, Casey Richardson, Jacob Ryan Irby, Meagan Milam, Zack Harris, Brandon Robertson, Brianna Brackett, CJ Robertson, Reece Harris, Dalen Robertson, Stormy Harris, Thomas Bowling II, Krystal Bowling, Abigail Harris and William Harris; and his sister Patsy Harris Wilson. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
