He is survived by: his wife Joyce Oliver Adkins; his children, Mark P. Adkins (Christy) of Ringgold, Mandy A. Giles (Chris) of Ringgold, Kim and Devonne; his grandchildren, Sydney, Adyson, Bradley and Alyssa; his great grandchild Camden; and his siblings, Ricky Adkins of Ringgold and Kathy A. Oliver (Wade) of Ringgold. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
