Weatherford, Jr. (Rosina) of New Castle, DE; her grandchildren, Anndrea R. Dones and Joel I. Stephens of Virginia Beach, VA; and her great grandchildren, Andrew J. Scott, Katelynn D. Dones, Aydan E. Dones and BrielleJoi Stephens of Virginia Beach, VA. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
