She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Thomas and Sallie Chilton Crittendon; and her sister Shirley Gammon. She is survived by: her spouse Berkley Daves Lindsey; her children, Janice L Horsley (Gary) and Edward Gauldin (Sara); and her grandchildren, Trent, Ethan, Peyton and Cole.

The family suggests that memorial donations be made to Mount Olivet United Methodist Church Building Fund at 229 Mount Olivet Ln., Danville, VA 24540.
