He is survived by: his former wife Kathryn "Kitty" Wade; his children, Luke, Adam and Faith; his brother Jody Williams (Lisa); his nephews, Noah and Joshua; his niece Abigail; his aunts, Beth Tucker, Deloris Kiser and Rhonda Griffith; and his uncle Tim Hamlett.
