She is survived by: her husband Dennis Wayne Booth; her sons, Michael Adkins (Katherine), Dennis W. "Denny" Booth, II (Paula "PJ") and Daniel Bradford Peele (Michelle); and her grandchildren, Jesse James Adkins and David Booth (Taylor Jones).
