He is survived by: his son Paul Payne (Dorothy) of Callands, VA; his siblings, Rachel Marshall, Glendine Glenn, Peggy Banks, Buddy Payne and Melvin Overstreet; his grandson Thomas Payne (Makayla); and his great grandchildren, Paisley Payne, Makaylynn Payne and Timmy Wayne Payne. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
