It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mavis Edna Rouse of Danville, Virginia, who passed away on December 23, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Marcus Frith and Mary Hylton Frith; her daughter Joanna Gibson; and her grandson Justin Roberts. She is survived by: her children, Steve Rouse (Debbie) of South Boston, VA, Connie Cook of Danville, VA and Elizabeth Guill (Jeff) of Blairs, VA; and her grandchildren, James Cook, Tony Rouse, Stephanie Lewis, Nick Rouse, Tiffani Rouse and Ashley Roberts. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Friday, at the funeral home, from 12:00 until 1:00 P.M.
