He is survived by: his parents, Michael Willard Kinder (Debbie) and Patricia Carter White (Jackie); his sons, Ryan Kinder (Elizabeth) and Tyler Kinder (Lisa Alderson); his sister Cindy Alvarez (Paul); his niece Kristen Gibson; and his nephew Robert Landrum.
