With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nonnie McDaniel Burnett of Danville, Virginia, who passed away on June 3, 2020 at the age of 104. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Joel McDaniel and Cornelia Warren McDaniel; her former husband Sandy N. Wilkins, Jr.; her husband W. Nelson Burnett; her son James Rebel Wilkins; and her son-in-law Linwood L. Fraher, Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn W. Anckaitis of Colonial Heights; her grandchildren, Elizabeth S. Fraher and N. Kieth Fraher; her great grandchildren, Stefan W-L Fraher and Linwood K. Fraher; her grandsons, Linwood I. Fraher, III and Mark E. Fraher; and her siblings, Richard M. Ingram and Ruth M. Pritchett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
