It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Olga Floyd (Danville, Virginia), born in Ayden, North Carolina, who passed away on May 3, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Edwin Carson and Elinor Edwards Carson; her brother Ed Carson, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Jean Carson. She is survived by: her granddaughter Pamela; her children, Pat Floyd (Kate) of Newfield, NY, Pam Pulley (Glenn) of Danville and Robert Floyd, Jr. (Michele) of Roanoke; her grandsons, J. Carson Pulley (Evelyn), Drew W. Pulley (Hannah) and Rob Floyd, III (Catherine); her great grandchildren, Bess, Tommy and Walter; her brother Will Carson; her cousin Elizabeth McCune; and her caregivers, Nannie, Helen, Laura and Julie of Commonwealth Hospice. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the West Main Mission Offering, of West Main Baptist Church, Danville, VA.
