She is survived by: her mother Shirley Ann Barr; her son Jeffrey Pickard; her siblings, Monte Bullard and Liane Payne; her close friend Bo Timms; her stepsiblings, Elaine Westphal, Gerri Lynn Barnes, Gerald Barr Jr. and Frank Barr; and her nieces and nephews, Jessica Bullard, Chelsie Ballard, Kristina Barnes, Shannon Barnes, Caitlin Westphal, Stasia DeReuter, Dustin Bullard, Ryan Keffer and Shane West Paul. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and other extended family.
