He is survived by: his children, Preston Coles Jr. (Amanda) of Danville, VA, Antwan Coles (Mallory) of Eden, NC, Allyson Dillard (Tracy) of Martinsville, VA, Cassandra Coles-Taylor (Keith) of Richmond, VA and Lisa Elmore Lowe (Barry) of Collinsville, VA; and his sister Frances Littlejohn of Forestville, MD. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
