She is survived by: her children, Weldon Slayton, Kenneth Joe Slayton (Joann), Marlow Slayton (Wilma) and Scarlett Simmons (Julian). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
