She is survived by: her mother Gracie Pruitt; her son Don Mitchell (Diane); her granddaughter Melissa McCormick (Mac); her great grandchildren, Zachary Crews, Caleb McCormick and Joshua McCormick; and her sisters, Frances "Pete" Carver (William) and Joyce "Frog" Rainey (A. D.). She is also survived by her cats, Mama.
