She is survived by: her sister Marie Scearce Turner of Lynchburg, VA; her nephew Clinton Turner (Kendra) of Lynchburg, VA; her nieces, Rebecca Dixon (David) of Silver Spring, MD and Amy Turner (Chris); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Phoenix and Adrian Pribble of Lynchburg, VA; her niece Jennifer Fennell (Shawn) of Manteo, NC; and her nephew Jarrett Stone (Amber) of Callands, VA.
Rachel requested her memory could be honored with donations to Disabled American Veterans.
